  • Guest：Nivia was located in Palma Old Town. We were able to walk everywhere, including the beach. Hotel staff treated us like family. They were kind and attentive. We had a great time in Palma.
  • Guest：Excellent location. A short walk to the cathedral, and the best shopping and restaurant scene in Palma. Comfortable room with all modern amenities and friendly staff. The sink could be a little bigger and the overall ventilation stronger. This was my first experience with the hotel reception on the top floor, and I liked it. Totally boutique!

The staff was so helpful in making my stay amazing; including working with my husband back home in the USA to find a local florist to grace my room with a beautiful bouquet of flowers! Nivia Born went above & beyond! The only hiccup was trying to get the in-room service cell to work to order laundry & extra amenities, but that was such a minor inconvenience in comparison to the whole wonderful experience! Thank you!
